Well into production...
"Hey, I want to insert a node into a utility run because I want to route around something."
"You're in luck, that's an easy one: Insert Node is designed specifically for that."
"Cool. Look at that! Hey, wait. The alignment along which it cuts the profile didn't move."
"Oh, that's weird. Okay, just use the MicroStation Insert Vertex tool to insert a PI at the new Node."
"Cool, thanks.
(#&#$(*(()_()_&*(&#@#!!!!!!!!"
"What?"
"(#&#$(*(()_()_&*(&#@#!!!!!!!!
"You'll have to delete and re-create. And redo your profile runs and your profiles."
"(#&#$(*(()_()_&*(&#@#!!!!!!!!"(#&#$(*(()_()_&*(&#@#!!!!!!!!"(#&#$(*(()_()_&*(&#@#!!!!!!!!"(#&#$(*(()_()_&*(&#@#!!!!!!!!"(#&#$(*(()_()_&*(&#@#!!!!!!!!"(#&#$(*(()_()_&*(&#@#!!!!!!!!"
Insert Vertex does work for Alignments, but once there is an Insert Node, it locks up and shows the "not currently active" tooltip.
Anybody have ideas? A workaround to avoid the delete-and-re-place?
thanks,

Defect. Should be fixed in next released (not the most recent 10.11 (2022 Release 1))
