Here's my need: to be able to have the calcs be consistent with callouts (client wants Construction Length and Construction Slope called out on the plans and the calcs to be consistent with them).
My understanding is that the calcs are based on Unified Length, which is either Scaled Length or User Defined Length ((the field says it's the "active length depending on local and global settings")
How do we get the Unified Length to use Construction Length? How do we get the calcs to use the Construction Slope (as opposed to the Calculated Slope)?
Are there any new settings beyond "Has User Defined Length", say, "Unified Length is Construction Length". Maybe a Unified Slope for the same reason as Unified Length?
Hi Jeff,
We have an enhancement logged for this. What we need is an option to tell the OpenFlows engine that it should use the Civil construction length, instead of the unified length.

Jon
to be clear: it's the slope that's the issue. If your construction length enhancement does use the pipe slope (construction slope), then there will still be that deviation.
thanks
