When working in ORD, our Feature Definition for the survey existing boundary for the terrain comes in at a weight of 4. It should be a 1 per our company standards. I looked at the element template for this and it is using the level "RDY_Exisitng Ground" and is set to "By Level (4)" When I go to the Level Manager, the "By Level" Is set to 1. There is a disconnect here and I am having problems figuring out how to fix this. Has anyone else had this issue?
Perhaps the level is defined in another DGNLIB file in the workspace? Try turning on the "Library" column in the level manager to see if that provides any clues as to the source of the level.
So, apparently, making the level for the Existing ground active, closing the element template, then opening it back up reset it and now everything is fine. so weird. Thank you for taking time to troubleshoot with me.
