ORD How to Show Culvert, Utilities, Etc. Crossing Beneath an Alignment?

Hello all. I was recently given a new assignment that no one at my company has had to do before, and I am having trouble figuring out if ORD has an automated way of doing this, or if it has to be done manually.

For this current project, I have an alignment with an existing ground line. A 36" corrugated metal pipe culvert crosses underneath the alignment approximately (but not exactly) perpendicular to it. I have been tasked with figuring out how to make a profile in ORD that shows the existing ground line and the culvert running beneath it.

As this is a simple culvert (I know the size of the culvert, I know that it is straight, and I have the surveyed locations and invert elevations of the inlet and outlet of the culvert), it seems that this would be trivial to draw manually in the profile. However, in the event that future projects require more complex culverts (or other utilities) to be shown crossing underneath an alignment, I would like to know if there is an automated way of doing this, and if so, how? I am largely self-taught with ORD, and this is outside the scope of what I normally have to do with it, so if there is an automated way to do this, a clear, step-by-step explanation would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for any help!
