In my explorer I can right click on my libraries and "load temporary file", but I ONLY get options for server files. Does anyone know if this tool also allows us to load a temporary file from Projectwise? Despite my current dgn being opened from Projectwise, I don't get projectwise options when I use this tool.

I don't believe it is. Probably best to put an SR ticket in to log it as an issue.
