taper

Question

I am having a hard time laying out this taper. Not sure the best open road tool I should be using for this t aper. I cannot get the back tangent to match the bearing that was given as a check. See Image

If you are laying out the geometry, what about the 'Variable Offset Taper'? The following video will cover the different offset and taper options. The 'Variable Offset Taper' is covered starting around the 6:40 mark in the video.
