 I am trying to set a shoulder rollover lock for the shoulder on the highside of a superelevated section. 
 The lane transitions from NC @ 2% to Full super at 5%. I want the slope on the left be 3% when the lane reaches full super. &lt;p&gt;If you have more specific criteria for rollovers within the transition, you can build in ranges for rollover as well using the operators. For example NC to 0%, you could specific a rollover of maintain your proposed shoulder slope, then build in from 0% to full super the max rollover you want to have.&lt;/p&gt;
