I noticed that our DOT has something set for our sheet borders that allows us change the project number, designer, county, etc. , but it is set up through projectwise while ours is just on our server. Considering we are using their files for our projects is there any way to fix this to where we could use something similar just not through projectwise? I've attached a picture to help with understanding the way our DOT handles it using item types.

Is there a way to set this up in every workset where it pulls the information I need from each workset instead of a general excel for all? I have different information for each project that needs to go on these sheets.

Yes, you can use an Excel spreadsheet lookup to populate your item type based on whatever property you like. More info here:
