&lt;p&gt;This looks like the FDOT workspace. If so, there is a limitation defined for slopes so that it doesn&amp;#39;t label any segments that&amp;nbsp;are 2.75-ft wide or less. I believe this is to reduce clutter. You can change this setting either at the workspace level or in your individual DGN files. In Explorer, go to Annotation Groups, right-click on XS Annotation and select Manage. Here is one example of where you can change that setting:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
