I had installed MXROAD V8i SELECTSeries 10 08.11.09.907 but the MXRENEW is terminated because the (3rcontrol.mas) file is missing MXRENEW will terminate, so please help me to solve this problem.
I had some issues in the past with missing files from the new installer.
The only work around that I have found is to uninstall the most recent MX version, install an older MX version, I think it was the V8i SS2 and then reinstall the V8i SS10.
I installed the V8i SS10 on the continuation of it I'll install the MX-V8i-SS4-08.11.09.872, previously I think the MXRENEW was working this version
Again it is showing like this Fatal Error (3rcontrol.mas) file is missing
I would go back to a V8i SS2 version and then upgrade to V8i SS10.
I would also suggest you get a full rights or access of your system or Login as Full Administrator.
Disable User Account Control (UAC) ( Go to control panel > User Accounts > Change User Account Control Settings. To turn off UAC, move the slider to the Never notify position, and then click OK. If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation. You will need to restart your computer for UAC to be turned off.
Uninstall the application MXRoad.
Reinstall MXRoad.
Note: Make sure the Antivirus should be disabled while reinstallation.
