I recently discovered that on my PC, when I open The Template Editor, its menus do not work - not the menu bar menus nor any Right Click menus.
There are apparently issues with other programs as well. For Example, to get ProjectWise10.0.3.299 menus to load, I had to run it as Administrator. It appears that although I have tried Running ORD as Administrator, the Template Editor does not inherit this mode, or that fix does not help.
I cannot afford to roll back any Windows 11 updates as these updates fixed other issues I was having with Windows 11 in general.
Even NotePad++ seems to have issues. Sometimes, I have to relaunch it to fix its menu issues.
Older releases are also exhibiting this behavior.
Hey Chuck. My notes may not be much help except maybe to help eliminate win11 as the culprit. I am running ORD 10.10.21 and 10.11 on Win 11 with all current windows updates and do not see the problems you report. I am running on a Dell XPS laptop, which is was new in June.

I'm also experiencing some Template/ Corridor issues with Windows 11.
Still trying to pinpoint what the issue is, but superelevations seem to apply and undo themselves almost instantaneously - even on the simplest template. I have negative stations on this alignment, which I know what as issue on the older packages and worked fine in ORD. Perhaps it's linked to that.
Importing superelevation data from a CSV file does not pick up the lanes in the CSV file on my Windows 11 PC but does on my colleagues' Windows 10 machine.
This issue with the menus seems resolved. I am not sure what changed, however.
