When using place named boundary for civil cross sections, the create drawing dialog allows selection of an annotation group that is configured within the workspace and can produce the rows of text in the cross section annotation.

This is the location of the annotation group in the training and examples workspace

After creating drawings in the active file the annotation group will be copied to the active file and can be further modified. Once the annotation group is part of the active file it will be used for any further annotation within the active file. To modify the annotation group within the active file, right click on it and select "manage" from the menu.
