Our team is trying to annotate PI points on the horizontal alignment that are NOT part of a curve set. Inroads automatically annotated them, but we have not figured out how to get ORD to do this. I saw a similar post about this posted from 3 years ago, however It was not helpful. I had no idea what process they were using to get that set up. Will I need to add something in the Horizontal Annotation group to set this up? Thank you in advance.

I got it to work using the HPI on the Horizontal. Still trying to do the same for the Vertical using VPI. I haven't been successful on that yet, but I may have an idea why. Thank you for your help.
So POT will label horizontal alignment changes that do not have a curve associated with them? Those are usually called PIs around here. Not every point of Intersection has a curve.

I meant to say POT not HPI, disreguard the screen capture, Toggle on POT instead of HPI

You are most likely looking to label the HPI points on the Alignment. You can edit the Annotation Group and add the necessary items, Leader, Text, etc, but you are going to set the location to Horizontal Points and toggle on the HPI Control Point in the list.
