With the release of 2022 R1, it seems like there are new capabilities for drainage node definitions, but a current lack of documentation or examples as to how to create the new feature definitions. In previous versions, you created the cells associated with the new node (plan, 3D top, 3D bottom), and were able to simply assign the feature definitions based on the cells you had created. The new feature definitions required for drainage nodes seems like a greatly expanded number of fields required. A step by step video of how to create a new stormwater drainage node feature definition from scratch appears to be needed for the new release once you are at the point where you have already created the required cells and element templates.
I think you need to read some updates in cell for drainage node under 2022 R1."Setting out" point is added.

Then, the setup of feature definition should be quite similar as 2021 R1. I found a video here. Hope it helps.

Thank you so much. One problem I was having was when I use the new feature definition wizard, there appears to be a glitch where the only available network type available is from the communications node types, despite defining the node as a new stormwater node. I was eventually able to manually create the different required features from the samples supplied with the 2022 R1 installation.
I just quick tried both node and conduit creation by Feature Definition Wizard. It seems working for me to select other conduit and node types.
The Feature Definition wizard problem is further below where you define the Feature Definition Properties for the new stormwater node, which are not available to select.
