This is odd... I have a user whose ORD application is limiting his 'area' to display his views.
Have deleted the user preferences.
ORD Preferences LocationFrom <communities.bentley.com/.../ord-preferences-location>
It is only this user. Any file he opens, using ORD, falls into this problem.
I have ever seen this happen before. Not sure what else to check or troubleshoot. Any ideas.

This appears to NOT be a problem with the application. We have our applications running out of a Citrix server. Our IT Department had to wipe out this user's Citrix profile. Then everything worked fine.
