VBA interface error:

Question

I'm getting an error of VBA Interface error: failed creating the application object - 0x80040562. Any suggestions on how to fix this? 
 Power Geopak SS10, 08.11.09.918 
 WIN 10 Pro

A reinstall might re-install whatever component was overwritten by the update. I don't know for certain, but it's definitely possible.

We have had this suddenly appear on a previously working PC. As near as we can figure, some Windows update may have removed a DLL. The repair or reinstall seems to fix the issue.
