Cross section annotation grid printing over linework

I am in the model view of my cross section and the problem is that the grid is layered on top the pavement and utility linework and is printing so.

I've tried changing the grid lines to a priority of -500. I've also changed the priority of the lines in the level manager. Neither of these methods work. I've also tried the "send to back" tool but the line was not valid for that tool.

Could this be a print setup issue or is it something I have to address in the modeling process?

Is there a way to have the drawing model annotation grid print below my linework?

Below is a snip of how the grid is printing over the pavement lines in a pdf.

  • From your cross section drawing model, open the Reference Dialog. In the dialog menu, under Properties, select Update Sequence. Change the sequence so that "Active Design File" is at the very top of the list.

Update sequence starts at the top of the list, to display the first file, then display then second file, and so on down the list. The last file in the list is displayed "on top".
