Hi there!
To anyone reading this, how exactly can I create a back of sidewalk drainage inlet. I have a situation where in project the typical section shows that that there is a 10' sidewalk and I wanted to create a back of sidewalk inlet to capture any offsite flow going into my project. Is there a specific Feature symbology that will let me create similar to what is shown in the standard index 425-060?
If the FDOT workspace does not provide 3D top and bottom cells that match this particular standard, then you will need to create them, along with the supporting Element Templates, Feature Symbology, and Feature Definition. It depends I suppose how important it is to you that your 3D model exactly represents that standard detail. If the 3D model is not important and you just need to account hydraulically for the captured flow, then any sag off-road inlet can meet that need.

Yeah, that was the issue because it seems that ORD doesn't have the specific 3D top and bottom cells to create. I was just wondering if anyone has actually created this type of drainage before.
