OpenRoads Reports

Question

In my report printout, I get distances in these units "Tangential Length: 1998:10.68" How do I change them to feet and tenths/hundredths of a foot? 
 I am not seeing something in Tools, Format Options???

That looks like the design file Unit Readout of MU:SU. How are the Units of your DGN file defined (Design File Settings)?

In OpenRoads Designer, navigate to: File -> Settings -> File -> Design File Settings -> Working Units 
 Here, you can specify the linear units format and your changes will be reflected in the Report.
