I am cutting a cross section with named boundary and when I create the sheet's they are filled rather than just the outline. Wondering how to change this to just show the outline of this.
Could be your display style is set to something other than wireframe.

We're talking about the display style of the cross section model-view you are showing us in your picture. Different models can have different display styles, so the fact that your 2D original was in wireframe has no relation to what the display style might be in your section model.
