in Open road designer_Xfrog_sample library missing

hello there, 
 
 While working on populate, populate library is missing/not found i.e. Xfrog_sample.library.cel

Further i am attaching reference video link from Bentley Communities server where Xfrog_sample.library.cel is available while doing Populate.

That video is for SS10, not ORD. If you go here do you have that cell library? C:\ProgramData\Bentley\SharedContent\Xfrog_Samples Maybe it is specific to SS10. I have both SS10 and ORD on my machine so I have it.
