Yes, thank you for your reply. My process has been to update the annotation groups in the dgnlib, save, then replace the dgnlib. Once the dgnlib standard has been replaced, I purge local copy. then i go to my drawing file, right click, purge copies, then purge workspace. When i open my dgn, I put it on the default view, then right click and update from standards like you show. then i go to my profile view, remove annotations, then reannotate. Some things will update and others don't.

Assuming that you are modifying a file AFTER there has been older text and annotation groups presented, it is entirely possible that the old styles are still primary in the file. I suggest creating a new file, or- if not possible- I suggest for you and your team to use the "update standards from dgnlib" option in explorer... image attached. In this manner, the objects in your active dgn should update from the dgnlib's.
