I am trying to import some profiles into Open Roads Designer using the Import/Export tool to select a gpk. This typically works for me and is still working for coworkers on the same project. However, on my machine it throws this error:
A few questions to consider to help track what could be causing the issue ... Are you working in the same DGN file as your coworkers (does it work for you in their files)? Are you using the same Workset.cfg (workset selection dropdown) to access the files? Did you use the same project seed file in the DGN you're using? Some of these questions may need to be discussed with your system admin or design technology manager. Hope this helps.

Yes I had them attempt using the same exact file, same workset, to access the same gpk.
It could be that you have some missing libraries built to handle certain functions related to GPK files. Do you have Geopak installed? If not, installing Geopak might resolve the issue as it will install all the relevant libraries that are not necessarily deployed when only installing ORD.
