Hello everyone. My problem is that when I click on the corresponding icon, the dialog box from Civil Labeler does not pop up. Absolutely nothing happens. My version of OpenRoads is 2021 release 1.
I have a similar problem where I click the Civil Labeler tool and the dialog box appears and does not load.
What version of ORD and Workspace are you using?

Are you sure IDOT's workspace is available for 10.11?
If their workspace was written for 10.10 they only have a labeler XML and not a DGNLIB, hence why it doesn't load in 10.11.
The Civil Labeler in 10.11 loads from a DGNLIB.

Shawn is correct the IDOT workspace is set up for 10.10
I have the same problem and i defined the labeler, thing is in training it does work but in my own setup it shows as this
i have these variables, but they are set up that they work both for training and my own workspace still it shows only on training
