We are currently setting up preference files for our company and we have adopted the ALDOT configuration files and are using them as a base. When trying the sheet index, no tools show up. Does the sheet index have anything to do with ProjectWise? We also have it set up where the work set is locked, could this be an issue?

The sheet index by far has been the most pain. We updated to 10.12 and reconfigured our settings. From what I have gathered, the sheet index is controlled by worksets. So, we opened up worksets and started using them by project. This opened up the Sheet Index, but we still have yet to produce a set of plans in it. The latest problem we are having is that it looks good on the print organizer within the sheet index but will only print the title sheet then lock up on sheet 2 of X. Due to time crunches, I have not spent much time trying to figure it out. Most of my down time has been updating configuration files to better fit our standards. I have gone back to the normal print organizer like I am used to from InRoads/V8i. Print organizer still picks up sheets created from profiles and cross sections so it gets us by for now.
