What software from Bentley is best to create a 3d-terrainmodel with contourlines like the image below. Open Roads or Open Site. I have always worked with Microstation V8i / Inroads Site.

For the terrain modeling and contouring, either OpenRoads Designer and OpenSite Designer supports it. Both of them includes the MicroStation platform as CAD engine. OpenRoads Designer includes all the functions of OpenSite Designer.
