In Open road designer- How to populate water/Nala parallel to corridor

hello 
 
 Please look at attached image/screenshot in which i want to populate water between cyan line as Earthen Drain/Nala parallel to corridor. As you can see trees are populate but, I am unable to find "MicroStation Cell library for 'Water" to populate. 
 
 Kindly suggest.

Hi M Jain, 
 After modelling the ditch as suggested by jing jing, 
 if it's just to have a surface for rendering, then you may select the 2 upper ditch lines and use " Mesh from contour " 
 It works for non planar elements and will build a mesh. Then assign a water material to this mesh
