10.09. Long right-click on a line. One option that comes up is: "Parallel" click on that you get the Print dialog.
Where is this defined? Is it editable in the workspace.
(and, yes, the users are aware of the easy workarounds. Still much heartburn.)
Thank you,

I may run "-restoredefaults" for OpenRoads Designer and quickly restore all interface settings back.

Jeff, I am pretty sure this is a bust in the delivered OpenRoadsDesigner.dgnlib for 10.09, I have seen it for a couple of our clients (including the one you are probably working with). You're quickest "fix" is probably adding a secondary menu item for your users and call it "Parallel Works" or something to denote it from the other (I often use my initials or an abbreviation for the organization SPL or EvC for example.)
Hope that helps.

Thanks, Steve. If I can get them editing the Pop-up Menus, then they can do whatever they want whenever they want. I'm kind of offended that they're wanting a MicroStation Parallel shortcut - if it were the OpenRoads, I'd be more eager
Thanks! I didn't know that existed. Now I'm hoping for a really hard nasty crash so that I can try it out! Thanks!!!
