IS THERE A WAY TO LOCK POINT IN A FIELD BOOK SO THEY CANNOT BE ERASED OR MOVED

See if this setting sticks...  The tool is found under Drawing Workflow>Home>Selection

Yes that works very well, appeciate the help 

I selected the cells only and went to properties and then locked the cells, what happens if you delete a cell the point goes away on the field book or if you move the cell the coordinates updates on the field book to correspond to the cells new location.
