Below is the example of the drawing seeds that have been deleted. For some reason they are still showing up in the drop-down menu. Is there a directory where I need to delete them to only show the ones that are truly active?
Joseph:
These seeds are dgnlib files, by default found at C:\ProgramData\Bentley\OpenRoads Designer CE 10.11\Configuration\Organization-Civil\_Civil Default Standards - Imperial\Dgnlib\Sheet Seeds\Road\*.dgnlib or C:\ProgramData\Bentley\OpenRoads Designer CE 10.11\Configuration\Organization-Civil\_Civil Default Standards - Imperial\Dgnlib\Sheet Seeds\Rail\*.dgnlib. Assuming that your dgnlib's are still located here, if you move them or remove them from this location, they should "disappear".

It seems like I may have misunderstood the issue here... I will look into this issue further.
I found on my local project wise local drive they are being backup here I just deleted some and only a few are showing from project wise I will check to see where the other ones that were deleted in project wise are being stored, I think that is where the issue is. I also noticed that our work sets are connected to configure when loading any relevant files.
thanks for the feedback, Mark as always appreciate you.
Are you using a managed workspace in ProjectWise? If so, you may need to right click on any folder and select Purge Workspace to remove any old copies of the DGNLIB(s) of that were copied out, since the managed workspace won't delete them from the local working directory.

It looks like someone has produced a lot of customization which does not seem to be needed.
Matthew has some good ideas below...
