OpenRoads Designer has detected a problem and logged it to exception.log

Myself and a few other users are getting the following error:

OpenRoads Designer has detected a problem and logged it to exception.log...

Can anyone tell me where to find this log file? I thought it was in the user's local appdata but I am unable to identify it. I feel like I remember this error used to tell you a path to the log.
