Myself and a few other users are getting the following error:
OpenRoads Designer has detected a problem and logged it to exception.log...Can anyone tell me where to find this log file? I thought it was in the user's local appdata but I am unable to identify it. I feel like I remember this error used to tell you a path to the log.
Do you see any log files mentioned in this Bentley Communities post?:
Folder: C:\Users\user.name\AppData\Local\Temp\Bentley\OpenRoadsDesigner\CifExceptions
ORD 10.10: Civil File manager exception log location? - OpenRoads | OpenSite Forum - OpenRoads | OpenSite - Bentley Communities
I see a few additional folders in C:\Users\user.name\AppData\Local\Temp\Bentley\OpenRoadsDesigner, of which one is labled ExceptionHistory. No log file at the moment though.

Your advice helped me find an exception.log file in:
C:\Users\user.nameAppData\Local\Temp\Bentley\OpenRoadsDesigner\10.0.0
Unfortunately, none of the exception logs in appdata\local\temp\ORD have been updated in the past month. The error occurred over the weekend.
I checked everywhere in C:\Users\user.name\AppData\Local\Bentley\OpenRoadsDesigner and no luck either.
Hi,
I see this is an older post, but we have som issues alike now and have found some logs here: C:\Users\user.name\AppData\Local\Bentley\Logs
Not always sure how to read them though - or rather read AND understand the issue.
Have you in the meantime figured something out?
