I am missing the sheet index toolbar in my explorer. What would be the cause of this? Is there any way to manually load it?

Navigate to File backstage and select Settings > User > Explorer Settings. While in Explorer Settings verify that Sheet Index Visibility is set to Yes.

I go to File backstage and select as shown on your image, but still no visibility if sheet index

I am not as familiar with OpenBuildings. There is probably some setup that needs to be done in order to see any sort of folder structure within the sheet index tab.
