Product and Version: OpenRoads Designer 2021 Release 2 Update 10 10.10.21.04.
I have a user that is working on a project for MoDOT (MoDOT's current ORD environment). She is using their bridge seed file. She has a complex element with an active profile (from the roadway seed) referenced in her file. When she tries to use the Measure Along Element tool to measure along the alignment, she gets no results and no errors. The element highlights as if it is selected but it will not allow her to measure it.
The reference dialog has the reference file available for selection and snapping.
I have tested several different scenarios and I am unable to reproduce the issue unless I am using a profiled complex element from the roadway seed referenced into a bridge seed.
I should note that the working units in both seeds are US Survey though with a different format. The resolution on bridge seed is set at Distance, 96000 per US Survey Foot with a solids area of 1 Miles while the resolution on the roadway seed is set at Distance,12000 per US Survey Foot with with a solids area of 1 Miles.
Has anyone else experienced such a problem?
