I have a file that was created in Open Roads Designer CE 2021 Rel 2. My co worker and I took a copy from an email from our supervisor. When he opens the file, measurements show up in english units. For example, when measuring a length that we know to be 1ft. When I open my copy of the same dgn my design file settings show as metric. So when I measure the same segment. It tells me 1m. If I change the working units to Survey Feet or International feet, it gives a Distance of 3.28 ft, What do I need to change such that I can have that measure be 1ft as I expect?Lex Springmill Section Options4.dgn
It would seem the file was converted to metric units somehow. You can change it back. To the Backstage > Settings > File > Design File Setting > Chang the master units to FT and change the Advanced Settings Resolution units from 10000 per Distance Meter to 10000 FT per Distance Feet. Feet or US Feet whatever you use.
