using a custom NYSDOT work space,
when i try to use the civil labler it pops up for second and just turns white
Fixed my issue. My IT company accidentally installed the config file for 10.10 into my 10.12
All my work sets now have this issue. Is it a preference issue?
working in 10.12 and my civil labeler tool is having that same issue.

Placing this link here for further information on this 10.11 Civil Labeler change. I knew I saw it somewhere! Chuck has another Civil Labeler video for 10.10 (xml version) on the Bentley's ORD Youtube posted just 6 months ago!
