I need to go back over our annotations (again) for 10.12. I have no idea as to exactly why Bentley changes these groups at their whim. Absolutely aggrevating.

I checked the DGNLIB that houses the Text Favorites in Civil File Manager and it appears to have all the correct schema for our current version (10.10.21.4). Doesn't seem to have made a difference since there was nothing to upgrade.

I may have to try making a brand new DGNLIB and add the annotations there.

I do suggest that some of FDOTs annotation scripts have not been updated to the later versions of the software (indeed, anytime there is a schema change, I shake quite a bit). The fix is to update the text favorites in the dgnlibs to the latest schema. I do not know if this is possible for you to do on-site. In any regards, FDOT needs to be made aware of this issue.
