Measure and/or label and obtuse angle for boundary

 I'm sure this is an easy one. When rotating a line how can I go clockwise using active angle or construct by angle? How to measure the obtuse angle and how to label the obtuse angle? Plats go clockwise sometimes and I can't get the 360-angle to work when using dms.

You can type a negative angle into the active angle field and MicroStation will calculate the angle, or you could go into the Design File Settings and toggle the Clockwise direction. The angle dimension will label both side of the angle between two lines.
