OpenRoads Designer 2022 R2... Hide Field Background?

Question

Folks: 
 In testing OpenRoads Designer 2022 R2, I noticed quite immediately that the "Hide Field Background" in the user preferences has been removed. I assumed that possibly Bentley move it somewhere else, but I can not find it. Where is it, and if it has been removed, WHY??

 This is now a View Display Attribute - which is much better in my opinion. Some more info as to the changes below:
