Hi Ross, Happy you find those useful.
As for integration into released product, the only path forward is to vote on the idea portal.
There is an existing idea about changing color for icon, I voted for it and added comment that adding a colored number would help better IIMHO (even if numbers are small, the information is there and we can build knowledge linking color to version so we can in fine recognize version at a glance from number color).

That is really cool even tells me when you are in the software what version you are running!! Can you get Derricke to start using these icons on each release!

The issue some companies will have here is when companies build an install the users can't change the icon on their desk top IT in our company locks that down..... Hence I think Bentley should be sorting that aspect out.. As the ORD tester in our company I have admin rights so I can change the icons and I found your icons very helpful today!!
