We would need updated Migration Utilities for ORD 2022 R3. Just need to be able to bulk edit FDefinition, FSymbologie and Element Templates.
I am after these tools:
Last time they were released for ORD 2020.
Have anyone here heard sth about

RE: Migration Utilities for OpenRoads Designer 10.12

Agreed. would be helpful if these were in the back stage listed under the Civil Feature Remapper.

RE: Migration Utilities for OpenRoads Designer 10.12

Adding my 2¢...

These tools are indispensable for QA/QC of CAD Standards Settings. And for finding errors or other issues. As an InRoads shop, I have been using Excel and XML Reports to do similar efforts for the InRoads XIN file for a long time. We have to support multiple offices/disciplines within our workspace. If an office requests a new level for specific purposes, there is no better way of finding where a particular level is being used to then allow an informed decision on which existing standards should stay on their current level and which should be moved to the new level.

I spent a significant amount of time setting up the tree structures of these to make their organization similar, if not nearly identical. As a result, I was able to create a spreadsheet that aligns Feature Definitions with Element Templates. This resulted in a tabular version of the Edit Feature Definition dialog box. This would not be possible without the export to XML and the Migration utilities.

I have moved away from using import now that the workspace is mostly fleshed out. But for maintenance and minor updates they are still very much needed.
