Hello there.
I am currently working in the geotechnical ribbon workflow. I have an excel file of all the information needed for the required Borehole tab (e.g., Easting, Northing, Elevation, and Hole Depth). Also, in the excel file I have the lithology information (e.g., Top Depth, Bottom Depth, and Level) the Lithology to construct bore holes in my design file. However, it does not give me the option import the information from the Microsoft excel file into ORD (see photo).
Any reason why? I am not familiar with the .gpj Project extension or the Microsoft SQL Server .Net Provider.
How do I import the geotechnical data into ORD using an excel file?
Thank you.
The function seems removed after Update 7.

You may need gINT to import your Excel data first; before it can be connected in OpenRoads Geotechnical Database connection.

Indeed. I do not know why Bentley folks do the things they do sometimes. Security issues like the USGS terrains which worked so well in a previous version of the software. Certainly, there is something better to handle such issues.
