After selecting it, press Alt+Spacebar, them M and then one of the arrow/cursor keys. If the dialog was open but off screen, it should now be hanging off of your cursor and if you move your mouse, you will see it and be able to place it in a better location.</p> <p>Another option it to reset you user preferences.
