In text editor, in the field types, I don't have the Openroad functions. This prevents me from annotating alignments. How do I fix this? I am using Openroads Designer CE2021 release 1.
Please go to Text Favorite Manager dialog.
And create new Text Favorite to see whether you can select "Civil Element Properties"
