Besides, .ird is XML format. You may use XML notepad to see those itl and alignment being used.
You might want to also look at this: Import Corridors into OpenRoads - YouTube
It shows some of the issues for Ss2 to Ss4 or Ss10. This is similar to going to Open Roads and you have not specified which version of the software you are working in.

And Is there a way to bulk import data into IRD, or is the only option to input data one by one?
