Is there a key-in or some method of purging out unused ORD Feature Definitions, Feature Symbology, Annotations Groups etc. from DGN files? Other than one at a time. This might also clean up unused ORD Feature Item Types in the file.

Great idea and definitely needed - you would add "Unused Annotation Definitions" to it as well.

Great idea. Just to add, I would suggest adding a pop-up prompt after pressing compress to make sure you want to delete the civil data. Imagine accidently deleting all of the feature definitions, symbologies, annotation groups, and element templates in a workspace dgnlib.
