I have already cut sections for the roadway mainline and then created cross sections. I then created another parallel corridor for some berm ditches.
It should be as simple as making sure that all of your corridors are referenced in your 3D view (with the named boundaries) that your original cross sections were cut from. In fact, any graphics which are sliced by the boundaries should show up; solids, linestrings, meshes, etc. However, what version of the software are you using? It is common etiquette to let the forum know what software and what software version one is using for us to be of the most help. My comments apply to OpenRoads Designer (versions 10.08- current; possibly earlier).
