i have created surface triangulation with graphical group/filter.
Same graphical group/filter i want to use in different project same as default graphical filter in software.
You may save the DGN as *Filters.dgnlib; remove all the graphics in that dgnlib file; and save the dgnlib file(s) to Workspace folder ...\Dgnlib\Graphical Filters (e.g.. C:\ProgramData\Bentley\OpenRoads Designer CE 10.12\Configuration\Organization-Civil\_Civil Default Standards - Metric\Dgnlib\Graphical Filters)
Reload the OpenRoads Designer should see the Graphic Filters.
