Will creating civil cell for turn lane we apply normal slope i.e -2.5 or -2.0%.
but in actual site condition junction there is super elevation so turn lane need to construct with same super elevation slope as of Main carriage way i.e +5.0 or -5%.
How to create civil cell such that while placing civil cell it match main carriageway slope. kindly guide.

Good morning, I am not sure how you have constructed your civil cell, but to do this I would probably add an additional reference to read in the main carriageway centerline profile and then use a template to develop the turn lane pavement that references the CL and edge of lane with a Vector-Offset constraint.

Unfortunately, I do not. I actually don't tend to use a lot of Civil Cells for my intersections, I tend to model on the fly. For the intersection configuration you show above, I would actually model the turn lane with the main carriageway corridor and a point control and then model the intersection at the returns.
