The following dialog opens when I try to invoke utility properties for a sanitary pipe in Drainage and Utilities -- all reference files are turned off, the features are live in the active file. Any help in this regards would be most appreciated. . Thanks.

Since 10.10, by default, loading of referenced drainage databases is disabled.
